How to Combine Images Into One PDF (Windows, iPhone, Online)

Sending receipts, homework or ID scans as one PDF is tidier than ten separate photos — and many forms accept only PDF.

Open the Images to PDF tool → Free, nothing is uploaded

Online, any device

  1. Open Images to PDF and drop the images (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP…).
  2. Put them in order with the arrows; choose Letter or A4 and margins.
  3. Click Create PDF.

JPGs go into the PDF untouched, so text in scans stays sharp.

Windows: Microsoft Print to PDF

  1. Select the images in File Explorer, right-click → Print.
  2. Choose Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer and a layout.
  3. Click Print and name the PDF.

iPhone: Files app

Save the photos to the Files app, select them, tap … (More) and choose Create PDF.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make the PDF smaller?

Choose “Smaller file (75%)” for image quality — it re-compresses and limits large photos to a sensible size.

Can I turn the PDF back into images?

Yes, with PDF to JPG or PDF to PNG.
